Ficus Retusa 'Ginseng' / 인삼 팬더 고무나무

This is a present for my wife. She said she liked the look, differently from me. 

Bonsai, Metro, $29? I don't remember the date. The first photo was taken March 10. 2022.

When I searched up internet, there are 2kinds of Ficus ginseng, one is Ficus Retusa 'ginseng' and Ficus Microcarpa ' Ginseng'. The difference between Retusa vs Microcarpa is in the leaves. Microcarpa has more oval, thicker and shinier leaves than Retusa's  

Like a Bonsai, it doesn't grow much. But one of the branches grew longer. I cut it and put it in a water without expectation. It grows roots and transplants to soil without expectation. That was in January 2024. 

As another site's explanation, it turned out to be Ficus retusa without ginseng root style.
